Title: Cook/Food Runner (part time)

Job Summary: Flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays.  Ensure member satisfaction through quality, consistency, timeliness, and sanitation of all banquet and restaurant food items.  Verify, communicate and finalize food orders from kitchen to dining room.  Clean and restock items as necessary.  Prep and restock lunch buffet table.  Be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.  Must have excellent customer service skills.

Training and Experience: Knowledge of hot and cold food preparation required.  Experience working in a fine dining atmosphere preferred.

Job Summary: Ensure members have a very enjoyable dining experience by having a positive attitude, knowing the product, delivering top quality service, knowing and using the members’ names, exceeding the members’ expectations, and being a team player.  Flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays.

Training and Experience: Must have six months of full service restaurant, private club server, or banquet server experience.
