Title: Sous Chef

Job Summary: Ensure the food production of the kitchen satisfactorily meets the specifications of the Executive Chef with regard to quality, presentation, sanitation and cost control. Direct the efficient operation of the utility department. Job duties will include working in all areas of the kitchen as needed. Flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays.

Training and Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 years cooking experience in a professional kitchen. Current "Certified Professional Food Manager" is a plus.

Title: Expeditor

Job Summary: Verify, communicate and finalize food orders from kitchen to dining room. Clean and restock items as necessary. Prep and restock lunch buffet table. Be able to lift and move up to 35 lbs. Flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays.

Training and Experience: Must have 6 months similar experience, preferably in a fine dining atmosphere.
